Stained Glass

Dozens of people worked and prayed for years to provide our sanctuary with stained glass art work. Our congregation would like to thank Mr. Matt Boynton for his generosity with his time and all of his work over many months developing, formatting, and reworking the art below to the glory of God! We would like to thank all of our members and donors, whether they offered time and prayer or many dollars to beautify and enrich our sanctuary.  Just as we are all going through various seasons of life and God’s mercies are new to us each morning, the constant variations in natural or artificial lighting give us something new to see each and every time we see the light of God’s grace through these beautiful glasses!

The Picture of Death and Redemption
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die”… 6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it…23 So the LORD God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. 24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.
